Delivery can be expected 2 to 3 days after your order has been placed, subject to stock availibilty providing orders are received before 12:00. Any order received after this time will be treated as being received on the next working day.

Free delivery on all UK mainland orders over £30 excluding VAT either by our transport or carrier to your address.
Standard Delivery on orders under £30 is £6.00 + VAT.
Should you delivery address be in the UK Highlands and Islands the cost will be calculated at checkout for a normal delivery, which may take 4 to 5 days. please telephone or email before ordering and we will quote for shipping.

Faulty goods can be returned for replacement after agreement subject to inspection. Carriage costs for faulty goods return will be reimbursed after agreement subject to inspection. Goods received back without authorisaton will be refused. Complete Tools and Fixings will accept goods back into stock that have been incorrectly ordered at a charge of 25% of pre-discounted value plus carriage charges. This facility is offered at the discretion of Complete Tools and Fixings and only with prior agreement. Goods received back without authorisaton will be refused. Returns under the value of £50.00 cannot be accepted unless by prior agreement Goods returned must be in new condition and in their original packaging; any blister packaging that has been cut or damaged will make goods ineligible for return. Where goods are in manufacturers packaging, damage to the packaging will make goods ineligible for return.
Customers are reponsible for the cost of returns unless goods are faulty or arrangements have been made with us such as for replacements. Nothing contained here will interfere with your rights under the distance selling regulations.
